Anthony Armstrong is a Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive, & Hand Surgeon. He has extensive experience in Plastic, Reconstructive & Hand Surgery having trained in London, Australia and United States of America, and was fortunate to be trained by leaders in the field of Microsurgery, Hand Surgery and Cosmetic Surgery. Anthony Armstrong trained at some of the leading Hand Surgery units in the world and some of the most famous hospitals including: The Royal Marsden Hospital London, Great Ormond Street Hospital for Sick Children, London, The Royal Brisbane Hospital Australia and Mount Sinai Hospital New York, New York.
Mr Armstrong undertook specific training as a Fellow in Cosmetic and Aesthetic Surgery at The Wellington Hospital, St Johns Wood, London. More recently, Anthony has been honoured to be appointed jointly by BAPRAS and The Royal College of Surgeons of England to the post of Speciality Surgical Tutor in Aesthetic Surgery.
Mr Armstrong has extensive experience in Hand and Wrist Surgery both privately and within the NHS and often lectures on hand and wrist surgery to GP’s and surgical colleagues.

Anthony, has throughout his consultant career, taken an active interest in training the next generation of plastic surgeons and setting the standards of surgical training in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. He is an examiner in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery for the Intercollegiate Board of The Royal Colleges of Surgeons.
